When you come into our dental clinic, our dentists will give you a set of trays and a high dosage of dental grade teeth whitening  gel. We will make sure to show you exactly how to apply the gel to your tray. 

That is to say you only need to wear the tray for an hour during the day.

Afterwards, when you take off your mouth piece, be sure not to swallow any gel. Above all, you need to gently remove any residue that may be left on your teeth or gums and then rinse your mouth.
